Completed in 2015, Wintek Construction is very pleased to have built from the foundation up this very substantial detached double stone garage building, with an added room for use as an office whilst introducing a purpose built staircase to connect the ground and 1st floor levels of the stone garage.
The building has been fully plastered, rewired and has access to water mains so as to provide a comfortable working environment for the building owner. Allowing access to the water mains required us to carry out additional drainage work as the original set up was not suitable.
This project includes not only the garage itself but also includes the development of the surrounding areas which facilitate the building. Within these areas Wintek Construction installed block paving combined with the required flagging and erected a quality decorative wooden fence for increased privacy.
