The project brief included the construction of a 3 story, multi-functional garage office space. The garage was built using 3 steel beams for the ground floor and 6-7 steel beams for the second floor, which was recommended to handle the additional load of the new space. The face of the garage was rebuilt using natural Yorkshire stonewalling, and installed with new aluminum double doors and an office door at the rear.
