Wintek were asked to do a complete renovation that included structural works. The extensive project was comprised of Renewal of the roofing structure & roof, lowering of the chimney stacks, pointing, rendering, windows & doors, plastering, electrical, central heating, kitchen & bathroom fitted and tiled, boundary walls, rear stone wall, new alkathene water pipes, pvc down pipes and gutters and a new staircase leading to a loft conversion.
